Far Cry 3 Blood Dragon where to find the Neon Snake

yeah the Neon Snakes hard quite hard to find so here is a location on where one might be just found it by randomly running around on the edges of the map... but this isn&guaranteed that it will be in the same place but im at least 80% sure it will be anyway hope this helped anyone looking for the achievement like I was. please like and sub thanks for watching!
