The Mandelbrot recursion formula is applied to several higher dimensional magma, semigroup or octonion algebras. This is the 16th video in a series where in magma algebras many familiar rules are disobeyed. Such as AxB is not equal to BxA, and 1/A is not always defined. Octonions and semigroups are subsets of magmas. These algebras give a wide variety of patterns. Even though the Mandelbrot set contains geometric patterns which are fractals in the 2-dimensional complex plane, Mandelbrot&recursion formula gives many shapes and evolutions of patterns in the higher dimensional albebras that are amorphous and are not actually fractals. Click on the blue circle to see other videos which contain fractals using over a dozen different algebras, including semigroups Octonions and magma algebras. The sound track is Waltz In 7/4 Time ©, an oxymoron. It sounds like a waltz but it isn't.
