Big Tool Performance & The DEWALT PowerStack Battery

------------------------------------------------------------------------------ -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The DEWALT PowerStack is an amazing battery, but at this point in time, it really should be limited in use to smaller tools. It will power this 6-1/2" saw well, but for a very short period of time. The Pouch-Style cells in the DEWALT PowerStack are fitted on top of each other with little room for these battery cells to breathe. That lack of room seems to make these batteries run hotter on larger amp draw tools. We have very curious to see these pouch cells in a larger configuration. It does help you understand more about the DEWALT PowerStack and also the premise of this video if you have watched the prior 3 videos. We use some of the same drills and bits so we should know the performance. It also helps you to see how far pulled back these cells become when hot if you have seen them run in normal conditions. The DEWALT PowerStack is an amazing battery pack with a ton of power. It likes a bit of rest between its uses, but the performance is amazing! If this is the future, it is looking pretty amazing since we only have a very small 1P battery pack at this time. These packs in a 2P or 3P configuration would be able to power DEWALT Miter Saws, Table Saws, and heaven maybe open up larger tools to come over to battery power without a loss in power.
