Mercedes-Benz Sprinter - How to remove / install the front headliner | W906

In order to access the area underneath the headliner: Remove the speaker covers using a long wedge. Unclip the A-pillar trim. Remove the screws on the check strap to allow complete removal. Tighten the screws to 4 Nm when reinstalling. Remove the sun visors with integrated stowage trays. Remove the four bolts. Proceed in the same way on the other side. Use new self-locking bolts when reinstalling. These can be recognized by their blue coating. Remove the dome lamp with switches. Unclip the dome lamp using a long wedge. Carefully disconnect the connectors. Detach the cover of the coat hook on the B-pillar. Remove the screw underneath. Remove the eyelet for securing loads at the bottom of the trim. Tighten this eyelet to 18 Nm when reinstalling. Remove the grab handle. Remove the trim and both screws. Detach the seat belt from the seat. Unclip the cover and remove the bolt. Tighten to 37 Nm when reinstalling. Pull the seat trim outwards slightly to take out the belt eyelet. All of the attachments of the B-pillar trim have been removed. Carefully unclip the trim sections from top to bottom and remove them. Remove the trim sections on the other side in the same way. Note: Remove the ignition key before working on the windowbag. Loosen the windowbag. The windowbag is attached by two screws on each side. Tighten the screws to 4 Nm when reinstalling. Carefully pull the headliner over the windowbags on both...
