Буй город в Костромской области России. Расположен в 100 км от Костромы. Buy is a town in Kostroma Oblast Russia, which stands on the Kostroma River. Within the framework of administrative divisions, Buy serves as the administrative center of Buysky District, even though it is not a part of it. As an administrative division, it is incorporated separately as the town of oblast significance of Buy—an administrative unit with a status equal to that of the districts. As a municipal division, the town of oblast significance of Buy is incorporated as Buy Urban Okrug Bui es un ciudad del oblast de Kostroma, en Rusia, centro administrativo del raion homonimo.
