Canon FD 70-210mm f/4 vs Canon EF 70-200mm f/4L IS

What difference has 26 years of technological progress made to these two lenses? It&probably not to hard to guess the winner, but in some situations the results were actually quite close. In others there was a clear winner in terms of image quality and when you factor in autofocus and image stabilisation there is no going back for me personally.
