Minecraft 1.13 Java SE binary/new launcher not responding FIX!!! READ THE DESCRIPTION

Fix your Minecraft launcher with ease! PLEASE READ: I have noticed Microsoft has changed the alternative download links. The download link I used was taken off their alternative downloads page. This method was for downloading the old Minecraft launcher to use instead of the new launcher. I am sorry that Microsoft hasn&fixed this situation and that they took away such an easy method to fix this problem. I currently do not know any other method to get around it. If or when I do find a way I will let you know.
