GAMEBREAKER fanmade sprites and chart (WIP)

idk if im gonna do phase 3 or not, i would rather refine all the current stuff before then because i dont really like how some of the sprites an the bg looks. i also dont want to release this unless i find out for sure whether or not the soulless dx devs would allow that kind of thing.
