Is a WiFi card worth it in 2023? | TP-Link Archer TX55E

Recently switched wifi providers for a faster internet connection. I noticed that the motherboard wifi isn&reaching anywhere near the rated speeds I was paying for. So after a little bit of research I decided on purchasing this wifi card. The installation process was pretty easy as long as you make sure to plug in the bluetooth cable in advance! You will also need to have an internet connection to install wifi and bluetooth drivers! My download speeds went from 230 gb/per second to 510 gb/per second! I was really impressed with the performance because of how far I am from my router. (My router is located upstairs and my computer is downstairs, there are also a couple of walls in between me and the router.) When testing near the router I got about 590ish gb/per second which was really close to my ethernet speed! My ethernet speed is 600 gb/per second which is really impressive! I also found myself using the bluetooth for my JBL speaker as well as my xbox controller to play games with no noticeable delay. Very impressed with the performance given its price! I really like having the flexibility of being able to have my computer anywhere in my house with a reliable connection without having to run an ethernet throughout the house.
