In this tutorial, we go over the basic and fundamentals of making a simple status bar. This tutorial will be a foundation for us to expand on in later tutorials. These tutorials assume a basic understanding of C/C++ programming, as well as the ability to use the command line/terminal. These tutorials also assume you have installed the ncurses library for your operating system.
