Cyberpunk 2077 Combat Cab location (Yellow Taxi)

Found a common spawn location for the unused Combat Cabs in Cyberpunk 2077. Though they are unused, and sport the exact same armor as a normal car, they seem to have gang insignia on them that points to them being owned by the 6th Street Gang. possibly an easter egg?
