35 MIN Intense Booty and Glute Pilates Workout | Sanne Vloet Hi babes! Happy Tuesday, how are we doing? Can&believe that it&already may! Anyway, I&so excited to be posting another workout for you! This time we&doing a 35 minute booty and glute burn. I used an elastic band for that extra resistance but you can absolutely do this entire workout without it as well. I have been so busy with traveling that I can&wait to get back in to routines and working out. It just feels so good to take care of your body.
