Toro TimeMaster Review TimeMaster vs Honda- 30” vs 21” 2018 Review of the new Toro Time master and my personal thoughts, for “SHOULD I UPGRADE MY REGULAR HOMEOWNER MOWER, TO A TIMEMASTER, DOES IT MAKE SENSE??” Toro is a solid Mower competitor for the homeowner market. When it comes to the prosumer side of things (middle ground between homeowner and Professional), this Mower falls right in the pack. This is more of a 30" vs 21" review, as this could of been any 21" mower that you put it up against, as the main reason behind a 30" cut , is for the 30" cut.... not 21". So because I compaired it to the Honda 216vka, doesn&mean anything... Cause even a brand new Honda, at the 21" deck.... will not be a 30" mower. When it comes down to it, that is the main thing to consider, do you want a bigger or smaller cut.
