Video tutorial: Kickert Vario Electric - spreader roller adjustment

The Kickert Vario Electric allows the bow height to be adjusted via a stepper motor. This motor is connected to the Vario Bow via a reduction gear. This allows for precise adjustment of the bow height. Please note that the gear reverses the direction of rotation. The curvature of the Vario Electric is generated by the motor turning counter-clockwise. To prevent damage to the mechanism of your roller, we recommend using control technology to limit the roller curvature. Set up an automatic switch-off for the motor at the zero point and at the maximum bow height. Please see the enclosed table for the individual data applicable to your roller. Depending on the specific design, you can change the bow position via a handwheel, using a square spanner, or via a motor. You can use the arrow on the back of the support bearing to determine the exact bow position. To save space, on some models the bow position arrow is replaced by a marking on the axis.
