HONDA GC 190 ENGINE WONT START Part 1

This Simpson 3300 p sbi pressure washer , is pretty much brand new . it was used lightly last season. This season it won&start unless fuel or starting fluid is dumped / sprayed directly into the air intake ( after cover and filter is removed) has spark has fresh fuel won&stay running. fuel was being delivered to the float bowl, but not making it into the carb nor the combustion chamber. first thoughts , stuck float and or clogged jets. Note: I did smell old fuel ( its unmistakable) when dismantling. so , after examining, sure enough, clogged jet ( see video) it doesn&take much to clog the extremely small diameter holes in the jet tube. use clean gas filter it if you want to be sure.
