Her most recent solo performance was a recital that included works by J.S. Bach, Johannes Brahms, and Alexina Louie. She was selected as a member of the prestigious National Youth Orchestra of Canada, and performed in their 2017 Edges of Canada tour, and their 2018 Migrations Tour. Marianna has appeared as principal cellist with the London Youth Symphony, the Western Symphony Orchestra, the London Community Orchestra, the Windsor Symphony, and the McGill Symphony Orchestra. With NYOC, she has performed in many venues across Canada, including La Maison Symphonique, Koerner Hall, the National Arts Centre, and internationally at the Young Euro Classic in Berlin, and the Edinburgh International Festival. Marianna graduated with an undergraduate degree in Music Performance from Western University under the direction of Thomas Wiebe.
