For this we will get 10mg of nickel sufate add for about 6ml of 25% ammonia solution add murexide. Now we put slowly a solution of EDTA-disodium and see how mixture change colour! ^^ --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- For synthesis we are get some urea acid and add concentrate nitric acid 76% while the all urea acid won&turn into the yellow solution of alloxan. Add 20 ml of 25% ammonia solution. Filter the sediment of murexide.
