There&a lemon orchard near my home. The owner said it¬ a harvest year so they didn&ask workers to help pick the fruits. Some lemons got ripe and dropped onto the ground and some began to rot while still hanging on the trees. I went to pick a basket of lemons. They have very thin peels and full juicy flesh with refreshing fragrance. Though lemons are fruits, we usually use them as a sour spice here in Yunnan.
