GTA IV - CleanIV Comparison

Comparing vanilla GTA IV to my Time Cylce edit, CleanIV. Download CleanIV was made because I was interested in the look iCEnhancer gave GTA IV. Not the high-end graphics, the colors. As you probably know, GTA IV is a gray mess. I&sure Rockstar had their reasons, but it just isn&that appealing. The problem is, that there is a setting in the timecyc that adds a filter over the game, and another setting that lowers the saturation for some weather types. Other timecyc.dat edits you may find not only fix this, but the authors make a completely new timecyc.dat with their own weather settings. In my opinion, the colors and weather in GTA IV are fine. The only issue is the saturation and filter. CleanIV does that, and only that.
