This 10 minute everyday stretching workout is perfect for after an intense workout or even a busy day. You can do this workout whenever you wanna calm down, make your muscles loose and relax. I love these different movements in combination cause they work on every part of body to reduce stiff and tight muscles. Combine this after workout stretch routine with another stretch or mobility workout for even longer calm moments.
