Chia Plotting on a Dell R520 - Server Review and Chia Benchmarks w E5-2470 v2

We are reviewing the dual socket 12th generation Dell server and benchmarking the Plotting performance on it with 2 different sets of processors. The difference is HUGE! We started with the E5-2430 v1 processors and then upgraded to the E5-2470 v2 processors on the same setup.
