Reviving an old Asus P5N-MX computer and installing Windows XP Pro in 2021

#asusp5nmx Putting back together an old PC, motherboard Asus P5N-MX with a core 2 duo processor. What I didint show in the video was me going back and forth with differnt methods, such as installing Windows 98 (did not work) and the new Ubuntu (did not run well, had same issue). I believe the issues I had were simply that the system was too old to handle new updated software. Since this install, the computer is running excellent with no issues. This is helped with limited software installed and no internet connection, a good clean also maybe ;) Installing Windows XP Pro, key points: Install the service packs from the official Microsoft website here: Install SP2 and then SP3, other updates at your own choice however I only did these to work for what I wanted. Activate XP Pro via the phone, call the number that is displayed as the service isn&available online. Link to graphics card review: Link to old video from 2012 install:
