As the proliferation of new CUVs continues at a merry pace, we&gathered two new-for-2021 models: the Chevy Trailblazer, and the Kia Seltos. This pair slots in between two pre-existing models within each brand; the Trailblazer sliding in between the Trax and Equinox, and the Seltos between the Niro and Sportage. And like the Hyundai Kona, Mazda CX-30, Nissan Qashqai, and Subaru Crosstrek, the Trailblazer and Seltos are on the larger end of the segment. Are they "small compacts", or "large subcompacts?" Whatever.
