So, in the early &the Garbage Pail Kids were falling out of fashion. Around the same time, Troll dolls were becoming a craze. In an attempt to capitalize on the fad, Topps altered some of what was going to be the 16th series of GPK cards into Trolls, and released the Trash Can Trolls. Was the series any good?
