Battery Replacement for JBL TUNE Headphones 510BT (How to DIY)

In this video we explain how to replace the Battery on JBL TUNE 510BT headphones. First remove the ear pad of the left ear cup by carefully pulling it off. Underneath we find three small Phillips screws, which we have to remove. Afterwards we can detach the cover / driver assembly. Make sure to be careful when doing this, since there is a wire connecting the cover with the rest of the housing. Now we already have access to the battery. Disconnect it from the small PCB and remove the battery from the housing. Install the replacement battery and reassemble everything in reverse order.
