Remove/install front bumper on SLK (R171) Shown on vehicle up to 2.3.08 without code (809) Model year 2009 1 Front bumper 5 Nut E5/1 Left front fog lamp 2 Height stops E5/2 Right fog lamp 4 Screw B14 Outside temperature display temperature sensor Shown on vehicle up to 2.3.08 without code (809) Model year 2009 9 Screw 10 Bolts 11 Fender liner front section X26/27 PTS, front bumper connector (with code (220) Parktronic system (PTS)) Shown on vehicle up to 2.3.08 without code (809) Model year 2009 1 Front bumper 7 Bolts 8 Hook Remove/install 1 Open engine hood 2 Unscrew height stops (2) Installation: Adjust height stops (2). See: Adjust engine hood 3 Remove left and right bolt (4) 4 Raise vehicle with vehicle lift 5 Unscrew bolt (9) Left and right sides of the vehicle. 6 Completely turn front wheels to right and Left side of vehicle unscrew bolts (10) 7 Pull inner fender front section (11) toward rear Left side of vehicle until bolts (7) and the electrical connector on the left fog lamp (E5/1) are accessible 8 Remove bolts (7) Left side of vehicle 9 Disconnect electrical connector from left fog lamp (E5/1) 10 Completely turn front wheels to left and Right side of vehicle unscrew bolts (10) 11 Pull inner fender front section (11) toward rear Right side of vehicle until bolts (7) and the electrical connector on the right fog lamp (E5/2) are accessible 12 Remove bolts (7) Right side of vehicle 13 Disconnect electrical connector from right fog lamp (E5/2) 14 Unclip outside...
