GTX 1650 vs GTX 1070 : Yes... these two cost the same

Hey Folks, back when the channel started one of the first videos that really took off for me was comparing the GTX 1050Ti against a used GTX 970 which I picked up for the same price of a new 1050Ti at around 135 quid. The comparison made a huge ammount of sense with everyone fawning over the GTX 1050Ti for its power sipping capabilities but really which for some use cases it was indeed the “best option” that use case was in the grand scheme of things very small and compared to a used card like the Maxwell based GTX 970 it made little sense - especially at the same price Fast forward two years and have things changed? Well lets take a peek at GTX 1650 Pricing and sort it out by popularity - Thankfully the cheaper options are for the most part more popular, with the £150 Zotac Gaming OC taking top spot (still more than i’d ever pay mind you) but interestingly right in the middle we have 3 cards, the Gaming X, the ROG and the Windforce OC all sitting at between £165 and £190 - and very surprising is that the Gaming X is more popular than the MSI Ventus considering the delta between the performance of beefiest 6-Pin 1650 and the cheapest 75W cards are within margin of error in the real world. The average price for all these cards on OCUK comes in at a smidge over £160. So not everyone is opting for the cheapest single fan SKU cards and today’s comparison is squarely aimed at those buyers who are looking at the GTX 1650 and thinking, yeah I like it but I want a twin fan...
