Bad Piggies 2-36 Perfect Win: Insane Strategy

The perfect win is a term that I made up. It means beating the level with all three stars in a single attempt. On some levels it is impossible while for others it only seems impossible. It isn&useful in a casual playthrough but my hope is that for speedruns (particularly 100% speedruns) the strategies will be useful. I try to prioritize using vanilla parts but if I have to, I consider the next best thing is pulling it off using the 1-3 star parts. The tier below that is using any alien parts to beat the level. This one saves about 8 seconds for any% runs and about 30 seconds in a 100% run if done consistently.
