Canon EOS R3 vs PORSCHE 911 GT3 RS

In this video we put the new Canon EOS R3 to the ultimate test. With its high-speed continuous shooting up to 30fps we needed a couple of MONSTER subjects to help us test its limits. Bring in the 2007 Porsche 911 GT3 RS, some would argue one of the last true analog RS 911s – what a car! However, this was not enough. Our friends at BMW Canada were gracious enough to supply us with another ABSOLUTE weapon of a subject – the 2022 BMW M5 CS. A car this big should not be able to move this quickly - 627hp folks and the sound, OMG. The new Canon EOS R3 is incredibly fast but I was also equally impressed with the new vehicle detection AF feature, as long as the camera can frame the full vehicle, it just locks on to it, making shooting cars that much easier – no matter how fast they are…trust me!
