Open new composition 2. Add a New Layer Solid (Cmd + Y) 3. Go to Effects & Presets and search for Fractal Noise (it’s also in the Effect Menu under Noise& Grain) 4. Select the Solid Layer and drag the Fractal Noise Effect on the Comp Window 5.
