Full Wolf Moon : Shamanic Drumming Tribal Ambient Soundscapes For this sound meditation I utilized frame drums, vocal toning/vocal chants, shakers, rattles, rainstick, and ethereal soundscapes. This spirit of the wolf is alive, hear them howl as you enter the snowy forest, hiking along side a creek, under the light of the full moon. The January full moon is called the Full Wolf Moon because our ancestors were more likely to hear wolves howling at night at this time. I have always felt a deep connection to wolves, and dogs in general. A few years back I was very fortunate to catch a view of a wild Wolf while visiting Yellowstone Park. It was magical!
