READ THE DESCRIPTION FIRST: Windows 7 x64 running on UEFI Class - 3 in my HP Slimeline Desktop - 450-a12il. It is running on UEFI graphics output protocol (GOP) I installed it by using DISM in Windows 8.1 PE and also installed video driver by using DISM. Removed vga.sys, install video and USB 3.0 driver. There is no boot screen because I added the boot parameters on BCD so it will boot normally. Safe mode will not work because vga.sys is removed. Windows will boot first with the graphics driver. When I was boot it in the first time, no USB device was not working, including USB keyboard and mouse if I boot without legacy support so I fixed this problem by reinstalling the USB driver and then it everything works well without legacy support/CSM. Secure boot is disabled because Windows 7 doesn&support that feature and it will not boot if secure boot is enabled. I now have Windows 7 with dual boot Windows 8.1 in my HP Slimeline Desktop - 450-a12il. I need Windows 7 for compatibility reason . Windows 7 in UEFI especially without Legacy/Support CSM boots fast. It is my HP Slimline Desktop - 450-a12il and it is the Intel bay trail model I will soon make a tutorial about how to Install Windows 7 on UEFI Class - 3. UEFI Class 3 means no Legacy Support/CSM
