CALIBRATING SENSOR ON CAREL TEMPERATURE CONTROLLER

So you just bought a new no name cooler and plugged it in at your restaurant. You let it run for about an hour or 2 and realize that the temperature inside is running above 4 degrees Celsius. I can easily say that the NUMBER 1 reason why this happens is because the sensor is not calibrated. Meaning that the sensor is not reading the same temperature inside the box.
