LG Soundbar Subwoofer Not working - Firmware Fixed: SPN5B-W + SPN8-W board # EBR89625801

My how to video is now posted! My SN7R started having disconnect and pairing issues with my SPN5B-W subwoofer, then it wouldn&pair at all, then the power lights stopped working. The only thing I could find at first was a noise coming from the power input section of the board. The replacement boards (about $100) had a different component installed, so I almost ordered a replacement to try that. After researching online for hours, I found multiple posts with people suspecting a firmware issue was causing the problem. I ordered a working subwoofer, a spare non-functioning board to test, and a chip programmer. After pairing/updating the subwoofer, I copied the firmware from the working subwoofer to the non-functioning boards, and now both work! There&a video on here from "Magneto" who is ripping people off to have them send him the board to fix it. I tried to share my video on his reddit and youtube pages and got blocked. He&acting like he is the only person who can do this, like he&the only person who knows how.... You can purchase the CH341a chip programmer with soic8 clip on amazon, ebay, aliexpress, etc. It&about $10-20 shipped, depending on your location. You will also need the software and corrected bios. I will post them with the how-to video. I can also walk you through the steps on discord. If you aren&comfortable with this simple tech project, you can also send me your board and I can update it for you. I would only ask for a few dollars for my time.
