How to freeze time and change weather in GTA Online. 1. Make sure you freeze time before you change weather. 2. Make sure you auto save in story mode to the exact time you want to freeze. 3. After desired time, turn off auto save on story mode. 4. Go to director mode and pick online character. 5. Hold down menu and press settings to freeze time. 6. Load auto save you last saved and when loaded go to online invite only. 7. Go to Creator and make a custom Team death match. 8. Choose desired weather and time then test. 9. Go back to online and weather should be what you set it as.
