Icom 7300 Repair (Clock Battery Upgrade)

This is tutorial of how I upgraded my dead clock battery in the Icom 7300. As usual, things didnt quite go as planned, but I figured out a way to make it work and it works beautifully now. The clock keeps its time and date like it should and will last much longer than the original battery. Its always stressful to have to do work on a expensive piece of equipment so be careful if you attempt this project yourself. if you dont feel comfortable doing it, then have a professional do it.
