This video shows off our demo off our volumetric cutting in Unreal Engine implemented with the Bullet Physics library. We cut through the mesh based off a spatial hashed triangle edge intersection algorithm. Which we then split the triangles and cap the resulting vertices. And regenerates collision data in Bullet Physics and continues the simulation. We use convex approximation to simulation dense triangle meshes as softbodies at 30fps+ speeds in the Bullet Physics Library. - AlphaVFX
