Join David Wilson in our nursery as he takes a look at this amazing clematis variety from Raymond Evison Clematis. Growing to about 6-8&and producing strongly colored, rich velvet-red flowers from late spring or early summer and again in late summer and early autumn. It is perfect for training on an obelisk, or up trellis, fences, pergolas, and arches. Vigorous, healthy, well-grown plants like these are available at leading garden centers throughout the Mid-Atlantic & Northeastern USA. Listen in as David explains how established and mature plants produce mostly double and semi-double flowers while younger specimens sometimes have single flowers at first. Prune in early spring by removing approximately one-third of all top growth. Clematis &PPAF
