This is part 88 of my GT6 career mode playthrough. Since part 82, we&gone back to events that we previously had to skip over in the past, buy the cars needed for them and finally get them over with. Now it&time to venture into the world of NASCAR for a series of 5 races, held mostly on oval tracks which is a staple of NASCAR racing. Running closely together in big packs at 200 MPH is the iconic theme for NASCAR. Big, heavy 3,400-pound stock cars with powerful, heavily tuned V8 engines pumping out close to 900 HP with a 4-speed transmission. For this event, your power limiter must be used on the oval tracks as you won&be allowed to use more than 70% of the car&total power output. This is to mimic the restrictor plates used in superspeedway racing in NASCAR to limit the car&power & speed for safety reasons. However, this only applies to Daytona & Talladega as they&the only 2 tracks in NASCAR you can actually take flat-out all the way around. Which will especially be helpful for the 1st race at Daytona where the draft...
