Demo of particle filter object tracking using a simulated drone POV. This is from an old PF code where a user selects a region in an image and the PF tries to keep track of that location in the video steam. This is a hypothetical vision-based homing guidance system, but without the guidance part, just the target tracking. This is like standard follow-me functions of commercial drones. #drones
