Acer AL2017 Repair Guide (1/2)

A guide on repairing an Acer AL2017 that is experiencing issues when powering it up. The first part will cover tearing down the monitor to get at the power inverter board which is likely the cause of the issues. I had a few frustrations getting the paneling apart since I couldn&find a guide for this specific model, so I hope someone else finds this before tearing it apart so they don&make the same mistakes.
