After last video about && extension on flatland&let&bring it to slope and bowl. Please start with very gentle slope as every change of the body position will affect the board stability and its inertia... That&what we want our body to learn - start slowly and feel it. The video has 3 parts: the explanation,, the demo and then what this practise leading to. Once you got the feeling of changing your body position to change the board dynamic, and your body will understand how to go from there, thus increase the safety of riding slope and bowl because you decide the height and speed of your ride.
