Fixing Crackling Noises in BIAS FX 2

I was in the final mix of a track and noticed a bunch of crackling. Usually that means the DAW can&keep up with how many plugins are active, but in this case, that wasn&the problem. Saw a few BIAS forum posts on this as well so I just recorded this off the cuff. Short answer: 1:39 - adjusting the output settings of BIAS FX 2 There are a few general things to check/try: - CPU and system load - Buffer IO settings - bounce tracks with plugins & - freeze tracks - input signal clipping, or output signal is too high None of these will fix this specific crackling since it&the power amp that could be causing it.
