Casio MRW-210H In Depth Review

This episode of the Good Timekeeping Show is all about Casio’s MRW210H, which is a budget-friendly version of the classic Diver Style watch. It&also a larger-than-average watch, which could make it a great fashion statement and/or a great watch for someone with vision difficulties. I found two versions at local Walmart stores for $24 each, but you should be able to easily find them online for a similar price if you can&find them in a local store. The two featured in this video are the MRW210H-1A (with the darker face) and the MRW210H-7A (with the white face). As a bonus, I also have the smaller version of the white-face model, the MRW-200H-7BV. If you like that size, be sure to check for other color and style variations if you do a general search for MRW200H. The larger watches use Casio&module 5474 and the smaller ones use Casio’s module 5125. The functions are the same in either size. Each of these watches offers 100 meters of water resistance, a rotating bezel, a bilingual day-of-the-week and date window at the 3 o’clock position and quartz accuracy to within 20 seconds per month (or, in my experience, even better than that!) in a lightweight, resin case. The battery should last about three years before it needs to be replaced. Although 100 meters is considered a minimum rating of water resistance for any kind of open-water diving, this should work very well for general use even while someone is swimming or skin diving.
