Audi Q3 (8U) disable auto mirror folding

How to disable folding feature in Audi Q3 (8U) if you for example want to protect the mirror mechanism in winter so it will not be damaged when electric motor wants to move the assembly while the mirror is covered with ice. If you have the comfort mirror feature enabled, your mirrors would fold each time you look the car. ? Turn the ignition on, the back off, open drivers door, and set the mirrors control knob to 6 o&position. From now on mirrors will not fold when locking the car. ℹ️ Some software versions of RMC or MMI systems can have mirrors setting in central lock options.
