Steven Da Costa (Mont-Saint-Martin, January 23, 1997) is a French karateka, Olympic champion. Career Da Costa won the gold medal at the 2020 Summer Olympics in Tokyo, after clashing in the final against Turkey&Eray Şamdan in the men&67 kg kumite modality. He is also a two-time gold medalist in the men&event at the Karate World Championships (2018 and 2021) and a two-time gold medalist in this event at the European Karate Championships (2016 and 2019).
