Swimming with whales in Tonga - A big bubble of air & getting stuck between a whale and myself ;-)

Sometimes you come across these incredibly exceptional whales. It only happens maybe once or twice per season, but when you do you&in for a treat. These whales are highly interested and physically interactive. They push people around in the water and chase you in a friendly way. And there is no stopping them! On this day I had so many amazing & unforgettable moments. At one point I found myself sitting on the whales&nose and not because I climbed onto it, no because the whale swam straight at me and lifted me up! In this video one of the whales is approaching me and another snorkeler. The whale is not backing off and neither am I. The other snorkeler got stuck in between us and wasn&too comfortable about it.... but in the end he managed to get away ;). We laughed a lot about it later that night.
