In a perfect world, you&use a tripod to stabilize your hyperlapse video while you&taking it. However, that¬ always possible or convenient, and sometimes you have to shoot a hyperlapse handheld. That can work, except that the resulting hyperlapse footage is often shaky or wobbly, and you wind up needing to do some additional stabilization to make it smooth. You have to stabilize the shaky footage. One popular solution or stabilizing hyperlapse footage is Warp Stabilizer, which is available in Adobe Premiere or Adobe After Effects. However, Warp Stabilizer can do some strange things if it guesses wrong, so sometimes you have to manually stabilize your hyperlapse footage in After Effects, using the "Stabilize Motion" tracking feature. This video shows you how to stabilize your shaky hyperlapse footage using After Effects&Stabilize Motion feature, manually setting tracking points to correct the footage when After Effects guesses incorrectly.
