dead space 2 error fixed on level 7 , crash and bug fix (stackhash_0a9e)

i &ve got an error on dead space 2 : I can&get past this one door at the end of a tunnel in chapter 7. The game crashes there every time. To the left of the door that opens to the tunnel there&a save station and a storage room. If I click "open" the door opens for a split second then the game freezes and crashes to desktop.
