Donner DDP-200 Digital Piano Key Bounce Fix

This video shows a simple and inexpensive way to improve the action of the Donner DDP-200 Digital Piano. There is excessive bouncing on the black keys, especially the lower octave black keys. A bouncy hammer on the key can trigger the piano to sound the note again but much quieter, or may cut the sound off completely. By placing a small piece of weather stripping near the key&hammer, it will minimize the bounce and allow the note to sound strong. It also removes a lot of the key&bouncy feedback on your finger. I&pretty sure this is the foam I used. I no longer have the packaging... Frost King 3/8 in. x 3/16 in. x 17 ft. Grey Vinyl Foam Weatherseal Tape Grey V443 Moderate Compression Home depot link...
